Campaign Builder 2.0
Early in 2022 we set out to redesign Groupon’s Campaign Builder into a best-in class self-service creation tool. Our main objectives were to improve the overall user-experience for desktop and mobile users, to reduce friction on difficult steps lessening the amount of time merchants spend on these steps, and to increase the overall conversion rate resulting in more inventory onto the platform. I provided 100% of the design and worked with content, product and engineering to make this new tool a reality. Initial results showed an 10% boost to the conversion rate.
