In 2022 we set out to better understand the end-to-end merchant journey as a team and use our findings to influence our product road-map, align merchant teams to a common language, and better empathize with our merchants. We evaluated past findings, conducted merchant and merchant rep interviews, analyzed nps data and merchant support cases. The result was a robust merchant journey map built in Miro. All of the key initiatives following the effort were a direct result of our findings.
