While working for Hallmark in Kansas City, i led the redesign of the careers site to help improve the image of the company and draw in out-of-state interest. I worked with content designers, photographers, videographers and hand-lettering artists to demonstrate the hand-crafted nature of hallmark and conducted multiple employee interviews that were predominantly featured on the site.
